We are a directory, not a host

Every community listed on LinkToGroups is created and run by someone else, on a platform we do not operate. We do not control who is admitted, what is posted, or how a community behaves, and we cannot moderate inside it.

A listing is not an endorsement

Verification badges, member counts and Community Health Scores describe what our automated checks observed — that a link resolved, that a group exists, how recently it was checked. They are not a judgement that a community is safe, lawful, well run, or suitable for you.

Links change

Invite links expire, get revoked, or are re-used for something entirely different. We re-check links continuously and remove dead ones, but there is always a window in which a listing can be out of date. Treat any link as unverified until you have looked for yourself.

Use your judgement

Before joining a community — and especially before sending money, sharing personal information, or acting on advice — satisfy yourself that it is genuine. Be sceptical of guaranteed returns, of payment required to join, and of anyone asking for identity documents or one-time codes.

Where a platform allows it, we display information a community has made public — its title, description, avatar or member count — for identification. That material belongs to the community. If you own it and want it removed, see Copyright & Content Complaints.
