1. Who we are

LinkToGroups ("LinkToGroups", "we", "us") operates a global directory that helps people discover online communities — groups, channels, servers and profiles hosted on third-party platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, Reddit and Signal.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. What LinkToGroups is — and is not

We are a directory. We publish links and descriptive information about communities that other people operate. We do not host those communities, control who joins them, moderate what is said inside them, or have any ability to act within them.

Joining a community listed here takes you to a third-party platform and places you under that platform's terms and that community owner's rules. What happens after you leave LinkToGroups is outside our control. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, or older where your country requires it.
• Some listings are restricted to adults. You must be 18 or over to view them and must confirm this when prompted.
• You must give a valid email address and verify it before you can publish.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
• One person, one account. Accounts created to evade a suspension may be removed without notice.

4. Submitting listings

When you submit a listing you confirm that:

• you own the community, or are authorised to promote it;
• the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
• the community complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and with the rules of the platform hosting it;
• you hold the rights to any text or image you upload, and publishing it infringes nobody.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt, translate and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory. That licence lasts while the material remains published and ends when we remove it.

We may edit, re-categorise, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, and we are under no obligation to publish anything.

5. Verification, health scores and automated moderation

We use automated systems to keep the directory fresh:

• Where a platform permits it, we periodically read publicly available information about a listed community — such as its title, description, avatar and member count — and update the listing from it.
• Every listing carries a Community Health Score derived from verification freshness, reports, completeness and similar signals.
• A listing that attracts reports beyond a threshold, or that repeatedly fails verification, may be flagged, hidden or disabled automatically, and its owner notified.

These are indicators, not guarantees, and they can be wrong. If you believe your listing was actioned in error, contact us and a person will review it.

6. Wallet, payments and promotions

• Your account may hold a balance in US dollars (your "wallet"). It is a prepaid balance for services on this site. It is not a bank account or payment instrument, it earns no interest, and it cannot be transferred to another user or withdrawn as cash.
• Top-ups are handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Promotional placements — such as featuring a listing — are bought from your wallet at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• A promotion is consumed as it runs. Once it has started we cannot refund the elapsed portion. If we cancel one for a reason that is not your fault, we credit the unused portion back to your wallet.
• Where a promotion ends early because the listing breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, no credit is due.
• Nothing here limits any cancellation or refund right you have under the consumer law of your own country.

7. Advertising and paid placement

The directory carries advertising and may contain affiliate links. Paid placements are identifiable as such. Paying for a promotion buys visibility — it does not buy a verification badge, a health score, or any exemption from our policies.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In addition, you must not interfere with the service or place unreasonable load on it, scrape or bulk-copy the directory, attempt to reach accounts or data that are not yours, or use the service to distribute malware.

9. Intellectual property

The LinkToGroups name, logo, site design, editorial writing, and the selection and arrangement of the directory are ours or our licensors'. You are welcome to link to us. You may not copy the directory as a whole or any substantial part of it.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available, accurate and fast, but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may introduce or vary limits — such as how many listings an account may hold.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account, remove listings, or withdraw access where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect users or the service.

Where we close an account for reasons other than a serious breach, we will deal with any unused wallet balance in accordance with applicable law. Where an account is closed for a serious breach — for example fraud, or listing illegal content — promotional credit may be forfeited.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for the conduct, content or safety of any third-party community, for loss arising from a link that has expired or been repurposed, or for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from listings or content you submit, or from your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], whose courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you retain the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice — by email or a notice on the site — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms. The date this page was last updated is shown alongside it.
